Yes on vendor day , for load out, this is permitted. However, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BRING ANY VEHICLE INTO THE ARENA DURING THE SHOW UNTIL THE LAST ATTENDEE HAS LEFT AT THE END OF THE SHOW ON.
